An unfortunate internal flood, in a recently purchased new townhouse, presented an opportunity to do a top to bottom remodel of this three story residence. The Owner took advantage of this disruptive event by reconfiguring the main level of the townhouse to include a new media wall in the Living Room, a less formal Dining area, a relocated Guest Bath and a totally reconfigured Kitchen (see existing Kitchen photo below). The Kitchen now includes a ten foot island with casual seating, all new cabinets, a double oven cabinet and an apron sink in the island.

The interior was redesigned with a more modern aesthetic. The dark wood floors were replaced with a light natural oak. The former light grey walls are now now a warm neutral and the former grey cabinets throughout have a crisp white finish. All the ceramic tile on the Kitchen backsplash, Bathroom floors and shower walls was replaced to give the townhouse a more sophisticated visual appearance .
